  5. Rollout & Team Enablement
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure teams understand how to access, interpret, and contribute to shared reports and ceremonies.
    • Offer change management support to encourage consistent usage and address any friction points.
  6. Adoption Metrics & Continuous Improvement
    • Track stakeholder engagement, speed of decision-making, and feature adoption to measure the impact of new visibility and alignment practices.
    • Continually iterate on reporting formats and ceremony cadences based on feedback, ensuring the process remains value-driven and responsive to business needs.
